A production company was established on March 13, 2013, to carry out significant projects in Turkey and abroad; Kinostanbul

The company, founded by Göksel Gülensoy and Kutsi Akıllı, is involved in the production and development of many projects, including the “Beneath the Hagia Sophia / In the Depths of Hagia Sophia” which has been intermittently carried out for about 25 years, and the “Sadan Hanım Documentary” which has been worked on for more than 3 years.

As a result of sharing some of the raw footage, the documentary “Beneath the Hagia Sophia”, which is mentioned in about 1.5 pages in Dan Brown’s bestseller book “Inferno / Hell” and also refers to the director Göksel Gülensoy, is currently in post-production. The documentary, which includes footage of the dungeons and wells of Hagia Sophia, which were recorded, documented, measured, mapped, and where findings were identified and quite shocking discoveries were made for the first time in the world, is expected to create a big echo worldwide.

The other important documentary of interest is the “Sadan Hanım Documentary”, which aims to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s, explains the importance of early diagnosis and treatment, and presents the course of the disease. The documentary, which has completed post-production, will meet the audience in the 2024 – 2025 season

The film “The Most Beautiful Summer of My Life”, which is under preparation, aims to raise awareness about environmental consciousness by focusing on the protection of marine life and the continued hunting of dolphins despite the ban.
